The Selfservice Company is looking for new employees for a part time job.

Who are we looking for?
You are exceptionally gifted in languages and have a good eye for detail. You are Muttersprachler Deutsch or locuteur natif francais with a good command of written and spoken English. Your higher level education enables you to think flexibly and work proactively. We assume that you know your way around a computer.

Who are we?
We are a fast growing company that develops virtual employees for large companies. We develop this software ourselves and build a knowledge base for our clients. Our company has 60 employees now and we expect to double this number this year.

The job
With our software we provide the customers of a company (the end users) with only one correct answer to their question. It should not matter how the question is formulated: the answer must be correct, complete and always matches the communication style of our client.

The Selfservice Company completely takes over this form of online communication from the company. You would contribute to analyzing large amounts of information from, for example a web site, an intranet, the FAQ of a call center, leaflets etc. You convert these data into customer directed questions and answers.

After this we develop a synonyms list according to a certain methodology and import them into a test environment. Together with our client the results are tested, adjusted and improved.

After the virtual employee has been put online, we are analyzing the questions from the end users. With these results we update the answers and the recognition until about 90% of the questions are answered correctly.

In short: you contribute to essential components of our innovative product, that is being used within companies in the Netherlands, England and Germany and France for online support and sales. The work you do is in fact being used thousands of times a day.

What do we offer?
 

• Flexible work hours: we are open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.
• You work minimum 24 and maximum 32 hours a week.
• Your salary depends on your education and your weekly hours.
• Training is essential. After you are hired you first get a paid training in which you learn to work with our system and method.
